The workshop is organised by the Department of Economics and Management Sciences (DSEA) in collaboration with the Centre for Studies in European and International Affairs (CSEIA) of the University of Parma, within the framework of the ONFOODS Project (https://onfoods.it/).
The workshop counts on the patronage and scientific cooperation of the following Scientific Associations:
Format:
The workshop will be held in presence and the official language will be English.
The workshop will open at 2:00 PM on 11th April 2024 with a plenary session with an invited speaker, followed by parallel sessions and will include a social dinner on 11th April 2024 and a light lunch on 12th April 2024.

PROGRAM
The Scientific workshop will start at 2:00 PM on 11th April 2024 and will end on Friday 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
The workshop will consist of plenary sessions with the invited speakers and parallel sessions focused on selected topics.
The workshop will facilitate networking opportunities among participants, including a social activity and dinner that will take place on Thursday 11th at 7:00 PM
